Returns & Return Shipping
Return Policy:
Our return policy allows 15 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds or exchanges beyond this period.
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email and issue a refund to your original payment method.
Return Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please keep your tracking information for all returns. We are not responsible for returns left at the door.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for items that are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at sales@feliciteapparel.com, and we’ll provide further instructions.
Sale Items (If Applicable)
Sale items are FINAL SALE. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please start by double-checking your bank account to confirm if the refund has been processed.
If the refund isn’t visible, we recommend contacting your bank. Refunds often take time to process, and there may be a delay before the funds appear in your account.
